I've been training with Jocelyn for almost a year and she's been amazing with helping me build strength and rehab my knees. She will track your progress through weigh-ins, pictures and measurements, and keep an eye on your nutrition.

Jocelyn has been one amazing trainer, always on the look out to ensure you are weighlifting with proper posture and pushing you that extra mile when you are about to give up or feel like giving up.
